Kulgam : District Administration Kulgam organised a grand Tiranga Exhibition on the newly constructed Brazloo-Pahloo Bridge as part of the 80th Independence Day celebrations.
Deputy Commissioner Shahzad Alam led the event, which witnessed participation of officials, students, teachers and citizens.
A Tiranga rally culminated on the bridge, where participants formed a human chain carrying the National Flag. Thousands also participated in a mass singing of Vande Mataram as part of the 100-day commemoration of the National Song.
The Deputy Commissioner said the bridge symbolised connectivity, development and unity and appreciated the overwhelming public participation.
