Srinagar : DIG North Kashmir Range, Baramulla on Wednesday chaired a high-level security-cum-coordination conference at District Police Lines (DPL) Baramulla to evaluate and reinforce security frameworks for the upcoming Independence Day festivities. The conference was attended by senior officers of the Police, Army, BSF, CRPF, SSB, and other security formations, alongside sub-divisional supervisory officers.
The meeting focused on strengthening inter-agency synergy, effective area domination, enhanced vigilance, and the timely sharing of actionable intelligence. Addressing the meeting DIG instructed officers to maintain heightened alertness and optimize resource deployment to ensure maximum security while facilitating widespread public participation in the national celebrations.
