Srinagar : Police on Monday said that it has attached an immovable property valued at approximately ₹4 Crores in district Budgam under the NDPS Act, 1985.
In a statement issued here on Monday Police said that Police Station Khanyar attached a two-storeyed residential house with an attic along with over 5 Kanals of land at Ichgam, Budgam, belonging to Fayaz Ahmad Dar (associated with FIR No. 04/2026). The action was taken under Section 68-F of the NDPS Act after confirming the property was acquired through illegal drug proceeds.
