The Executive Engineers briefed the Chair on ongoing restoration works and the measures being taken to address deficiencies in their respective sectors, assuring that all pending issues would be resolved on priority to minimise public inconvenience.

The Deputy Commissioner instructed all departments to strengthen disaster response mechanisms, maintain adequate manpower and machinery and ensure the availability of emergency resources at vulnerable locations. He also called for regular field inspections, inter-departmental coordination and timely reporting to facilitate swift decision-making.

Among those present were the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Chief Planning Officer, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Executive Engineers of PWD, Jal Shakti, JPDCL and I&FC, all District Officers and the Assistant Director FCS&CA.
