Srinagar: A delegation of J&K Bharat Scouts & Guides, led by its Senior Vice President, Prof. Dr. Fayaz Ahmad Nikka, called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Friday.
The members of the delegation projected various important matters pertaining to strengthening of Bharat Scouts & Guides movement in the Union Territory, including establishment of a dedicated Training Centre, enhancement of Grant-in-Aid, inclusion of Bharat Scouts & Guides under sports category, and creation of Scouts & Guides Fund on the pattern of Red Cross Fund.
