NCP Delegation, Gujjar-Bakerwal Representatives Meet LG, Raise Public Issues

Srinagar : Two delegations, including one from the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday and raised various issues concerning public welfare, tribal development and the needs of remote areas.
A delegation of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), Jammu and Kashmir, led by its president Dr. Tariq Rasool, met the Lieutenant Governor and discussed a range of issues of public importance. The delegation submitted its concerns and suggestions, seeking appropriate intervention from the administration.
Later, another delegation led by Yaseen Poswal also met the Lieutenant Governor and highlighted issues related to the welfare of the Gujjar-Bakerwal community. The delegation also projected demands concerning the development of tribal and remote areas across Jammu and Kashmir.
The meetings formed part of the Lieutenant Governor’s continued outreach with political representatives and community groups to address public grievances and developmental concerns across the Union Territory.
