JPDCL steps up power restoration in flood-hit Rajouri, Poonch
Rajouri| July, 21:Managing Director of Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL) Gurpal Singh on Tuesday inspected flood-hit areas of Rajouri and Poonch to review damage to the power infrastructure and monitor restoration works.
He visited several affected locations, including Doongi, Keri, Dhangri, Manjakote, Mankote and Potha, directing field officers to expedite restoration while maintaining safety standards. Singh also reviewed restoration of damaged transmission infrastructure and instructed officials to utilise all available materials to restore power supply at the earliest.
