Dr. Syed Darakhshan Andrabi Holds Public Outreach Darbar at Srinagar

Srinagar : Chairperson of the J&K Waqf Board and Minister of State, Dr. Syed Darakhshan Andrabi , on Tuesday held a Public Darbar at the Central Waqf Office, Sonwar.

More than 50 deputations and individuals from different parts of Jammu & Kashmir met the Chairperson and submitted their grievances, representations, and suggestions pertaining to Waqf affairs, shrine management, public welfare, and community-related matters.

Dr. Andrabi gave a patient hearing to every delegation and issued on-the-spot directions to the concerned officers for the prompt redressal of genuine grievances. She emphasized that the J&K Waqf Board remains committed to transparent, accountable, and people-centric governance, ensuring that public concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

The visiting deputations appreciated Dr. Andrabi’s accessible leadership, compassionate approach, and unwavering commitment to public service. They expressed satisfaction over the prompt attention given to their issues and lauded the efficient grievance redressal mechanism of the J&K Waqf Board.
