Following preliminary screening and interviews conducted by the participating employers, 212 candidates were shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment process.

A dedicated Mission YUVA Facilitation Centre provided on-the-spot counselling and registration support, with 32 aspiring entrepreneurs receiving guidance and two candidates registering under the Nano Enterprise Scheme.

Several reputed private-sector employers and line departments participated in the event, reaffirming the District Administration’s commitment to promoting employment generation and entrepreneurship among the youth of Kupwara.
