Srinagar : Several delegations and prominent individuals called on Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan on Tuesday to discuss various issues and matters of public interest.
Shri Rajesh Dhar, Administrative Manager of the Indian Cricket Team, met the Lieutenant Governor. He was accompanied by Smt. Kirti Dhar, Working Committee Member of the Jammu & Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA). During the meeting, matters related to sports and cricket development in Jammu and Kashmir were discussed.
Later, Shri Vipen Kumar, Chairman of the All Jammu Based Reserved Category Employees Association Kashmir (AJBRCEAK), also called on the Lieutenant Governor and discussed issues concerning reserved category employees.
A delegation of Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra Welfare Society, led by Shri Anil Gupta, also met the Lieutenant Governor. The delegation discussed matters related to the upcoming Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra and welfare measures for pilgrims.
The Lieutenant Governor assured all visiting delegations of appropriate consideration of the issues and concerns raised during the meetings.
