The meeting decided that the main sub-division level function will be organized at Mazamkund.

The SDM briefed officers about their respective roles and responsibilities and emphasized the need for coordinated efforts among all departments. He directed all officers to ensure maximum participation of students, youth, women, senior citizens, government employees and members of civil society at the sub-division level function.
