KPDCL announces power shutdown in Kashmir parts

SRINAGAR, JUNE 12: Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL has informed that the Shutdown of 33 kV Kulgam -Devsar Line will be observed due to which power supply to Chambgund, Devsar, Ashmuji, Kilam, Akhal, Sopat and adjoining areas will be affected from 09 AM to 03 PM on 13 & 16 June 2026.
Similarly, shutdown of 33 kV Budgam SIDCO line will be observed due to which power supply to Budgam, Sebdan, Jawalpora, Town Ompora, SIDCO, Housing Colony, Railway Station, Budgam, NIFT and adjoining areas will be affected from 09 AMbton03 PM on 13 June 2026.
Likewise, shutdown of 33 KV Wanpoh Sarnal line will be observed due to which power supply to District Head Quarter Anantnag, Akhura, Nanil, Adlash, Nambal and adjoining areas will be affected from 06 AM to 11 AM on 15 June 2026.
Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Awantipora Tral-II line will be observed due to which power supply to Batagund, Lurgam, Wagad/ Satoora, Pastona, Nanar, Taki, Lam, Jawaharpora, Aripal, Khangund, Satura, Nargistan and adjoining areas will be affected from 09 AM to 02 PM on 13,15, 17 & 20 June 2026.
Likewise, shutdown of 33 KV Lassipora SIDCO line and will be observed due to which power supply to 33 KV Lassipora-Keegam line will be observed due to which power supply to IGC Lassipora, Murran, Ruhmoo, Pakherpora, Mitrigam, Mirgund, Hawl, Keegam, PHC Hotline CHC Rajpora, Rajpora, Gulshanabad, Akhaal, Chararipora, Hotline, Pakherpora, Kamrazripora and adjoining areas will be affected from 09 AM to 02 PM on 14 June 2026.
Similarly, shutdown of 132/33 KV Grid Substation Arampora Kupwara will be observed on 13 June 2026 from 10 to 11:30 PM and 14 June 2026 from 04 PM to 5:30 PM due to which power supply to Jaggerpora, MES Zangli, Tikker, Galizoo, Dragmulla, Nutnussa, Chogal, Army Camp, DC Residence, Pukhrupeth, Handwara Town, Adoora, Zachaldara, Changimulla, Khmuriyal, Lassipora Sogam, Divar, Lolab, Krusen, Z-Gali, Machil and adjoining areas will be affected.
Furthermore, shutdown of 132/33 kV Grid Station Badampora will be observed due to which power supply to Kurhama, Yangoora, Baroosa, Old Dab, Cheki Baba, Salun and adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 03 PM on 29 June 2026.
Similarly, shutdown of Transformer-2nd 33 kV Lar Tulmulla will be observed due to which power supply to Lar, Waliwar, Watlar, Repora, Tulmulla, Dangerpora, Theeru, Larsun and adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 01 PM on 27 June 2026.
Likewise, shutdown of 33 kV Safapora line will be observed due to which power supply to Safapora, Gratabal, Chewa, Jarokabagh, Manasbal, Nowgam, Inderkoot, Wangipora, Nesbal, Naninara, Sumbal Bazar and adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 01 PM on 30 June 2026.
Similarly, shutdown of 33 kV Alusteng -Zakura Line will be observed due to which power supply to Umeir Heir, Panchayat, Pandach, Khalmulla, Ahmad Nagar and adjoining areas will be affected from 09 AM to 03 PM on 13 June 2026.
