Srinagar: Lieutenant Governor paid rich tributes to Army bravehearts Sowar Chavan Vikram Balkrishna and Sapper Jadhav Arjun Rajendra, who made the supreme sacrifice while performing their duties in the Uri sector.
In a message, Sinha saluted the courage and dedication of the fallen soldiers and expressed solidarity with their bereaved families.
“I salute the supreme sacrifice of our Bravehearts Sowar Chavan Vikram Balkrishna and Sapper Jadhav Arjun Rajendra. The nation shall remain forever grateful to their selfless devotion to duty. We stand united in solidarity with the families of the martyrs in this hour of grief,” the Lieutenant Governor said.
He said the nation would always remember the valour and commitment of the soldiers who laid down their lives in the service of the country.
