Congratulates PM Modi on Becoming India’s Longest-Serving Elected Prime Minister

SRINAGAR, June 10: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on becoming the longest-serving elected Prime Minister in India’s history.

In a post on X, Sinha described the achievement as a historic milestone and said it reflects Prime Minister Modi’s unwavering commitment to public service and visionary leadership.

“Heartiest congratulations to Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji on becoming the longest-serving elected Prime Minister in the history of India. This historic milestone stands as proof of his steadfast commitment to public service and visionary leadership,” the Lieutenant Governor said.

Sinha stated that under Modi’s leadership, India has witnessed unprecedented progress and enhanced global stature. He further said that Jammu and Kashmir has undergone significant transformation, emerging as a model Union Territory built on inclusivity, peace, stability and rapid development.

Prime Minister Modi surpassed the record for the longest uninterrupted tenure by an elected Prime Minister of India, drawing congratulations from leaders in India and abroad.
