Srinagar : A delegation led by Anil Gupta, Senior Vice President, Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), Jammu, and Hira Lal Abrol, Chairman of Healthy India Strong India, called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday and discussed various issues concerning trade, industry and public welfare.
In a separate meeting, international para athleteChandeep Singh also called on the Lieutenant Governor.
The Lieutenant Governor congratulated Chandeep Singh on winning the gold medal at the 11th Asian Para Taekwondo Championship held recently in Mongolia and lauded his outstanding achievement on the international stage.
Sinha said the athlete’s success had brought laurels to Jammu and Kashmir and would inspire aspiring sportspersons, particularly para athletes, across the region. The meetings were held at Raj Bhawan in Jammu.
