During the meeting, a detailed review of the 4G Saturation Project was conducted, with discussions focusing on the identification of additional unserved and underserved locations. The ADC directed the concerned officers to expedite the process to ensure improved mobile connectivity in all eligible areas.

The committee also discussed site-specific issues, including those related to the Zinpanchal site, and directed the concerned revenue authorities to take necessary steps for their early resolution. The status of 4G towers established on land already transferred for telecom purposes across 23 locations in the district was also reviewed.

Progress under the BharatNet Project was assessed, with officials apprising the chair about ongoing works aimed at strengthening broadband connectivity in rural areas. Emphasizing the importance of robust telecom infrastructure for governance, public service delivery, education, and economic development, the ADC called for close coordination among all departments and telecom service providers to remove bottlenecks and ensure timely completion of projects.

The ADC directed all concerned departments and agencies to accelerate ongoing telecom initiatives so that the benefits of improved digital connectivity reach every corner of the district.
