PULWAMA, JUNE 02: On the directions of the Secretary Transport and Transport Commissioner of Jammu and Kashmir, the Enforcement Squad of the Assistant Regional Transport Office (ARTO) Pulwama, the other day, conducted a vehicular enforcement drive in Pulwama city to check traffic violations and ensure compliance with road safety regulations.

During the operation, the enforcement team inspected more than 75 vehicles. Out of these, 27 vehicles were issued e-challans for various violations under the Motor Vehicles Act, and two driving licenses were recommended for suspension. The total expected fine from the issued e-challans amounts to ₹42,000.

According to officials, these enforcement drives will continue on a regular basis to ensure compliance with transport regulations. Motorists are advised to adhere to traffic rules to avoid legal penalties and ensure public safety on the roads.
