Pattan May 16 : A devastating fire incident completely gutted a one-storey residential house belonging to Ab Ahad Tantry of Hajam Mohalla in the Palhallan area on Friday.
Soon after the incident was reported, teams from the Fire & Emergency Services rushed to the spot and launched an extensive operation to contain the blaze. Officials from Police Post Palhallan and 29 RR Ussan also joined the rescue and firefighting efforts.
After strenuous efforts, the flames were brought under control, preventing the fire from spreading to nearby structures.
Fortunately, no loss of life or injuries were reported in the incident. However, the residential house suffered complete damage in the fire.
Meanwhile, the exact cause of the fire could not be ascertained immediately, and further investigation is underway.
