Srinagar : A Parliamentary Standing Committee on Home Affairs, headed by Radha Mohan Das Agrawal, on Wednesday called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Lok Bhavan here.
The interaction was followed by a separate meeting in which a public delegation led by Gurinder Singh Bawa, Member of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, Amritsar, met the Lieutenant Governor and presented a proposal for establishing a world-class “Char Sahibzade MRI & CT Scan Centre” in Kashmir.
The delegation included presidents and members of various District Gurdwara Parbandhak Committees from Kashmir, along with representatives associated with the Char Sahibzade healthcare initiative.
The proposed centre aims to enhance advanced diagnostic healthcare facilities in the region and strengthen access to modern medical services for the people.
