Sub Divisional Magistrate Ramsoo Syed Mazahir Hussain Shah, who is also the Chairman of the Business Help Desk (BHD) – Mission YUVA, Tuesday chaired a review meeting to assess the functioning of the BHD and review progress achieved under the Mission.
The meeting was attended by managers of J&K Bank branches across the jurisdiction, representatives from the Agriculture Department, YUVA Doots, Motivators and BHD staff.
The meeting conducted a detailed review of sanctioned and disbursed cases and assessed progress and functioning of BHD under key performance indicators.
The SDM interacted with bank managers, BHD staff, Motivators and YUVA Doots, stressing the need to enhance the number of new applications, ensure timely disposal of cases pending with banks, strengthening coordination with banking institutions, hosting UdyamJagriti programmes and BHD review meetings on regular intervals for effective implementation of self-employment initiatives under Mission YUVA.
