MC Kishtwar gets sanitation equipment under CSR Initiative

Kishtwar :Municipal Council Kishtwar has been provided sanitation items by Kwar Hydro Electric Power Project (HEP as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

The sanitation items and equipment handed over to the sanitation workers included masks, hand gloves, long safety shoes, phenyl, radium vests, brooms and other essential materials for improving sanitation operations and ensuring the safety of frontline sanitation workers.

The Deputy Commissioner Pankaj Kumar Sharma appreciated the CSR initiative of Kwar HEP and emphasized the importance of providing adequate safety gear and sanitation resources to workers engaged in maintaining cleanliness and public hygiene in the Town and its peripheral areas.

The initiative is expected to significantly enhance sanitation services and strengthen the working conditions of sanitation workers in the Town.

CEO Municipal Council Mirza Mumtaz Iqbal, DGM (HR) Kwar HEP Rishi Sharma, along with other officials of CVPPL and Municipal Council were present on the occasion.
