Bandipora :Imtiyaz Ahmad today formally assumed charge as District Treasury Officer (DTO) Bandipora, succeeding Sheikh Abid Manzoor.
A brief handover ceremony was held at the office of the District Treasury Officer Bandipora, where the outgoing officer officially handed over the charge to Imtiyaz Ahmad.
Imtiyaz Ahmad belongs to the 2013 batch of the Accounts Cadre. Prior to his posting as DTO Bandipora, he served in various capacities including as Accounts Officer in the office of SSP Office Srinagar, Accounts Officer in the District Fund Office Ganderbal, and Accounts Officer in the Wullar-Mansbal Development Authority.
The occasion also witnessed a warm and heartfelt send-off to the outgoing District Treasury Officer, Sheikh Abid Manzoor, who was lauded for his dedicated service and impactful tenure in the district.
Officers and officials present on the occasion welcomed the new District Treasury Officer and extended their best wishes for his tenure in Bandipora.
