Srinagar : Police on Tuesday said that it has attached immovable property worth around ₹1.20 crore belonging to a notorious drug peddler under Section 68-F of the NDPS Act.
In a statement issued here on Tuesday Police said that the property, including a multi-storey residential house, was identified as acquired through proceeds of narcotics trafficking, Stating therein further that the action is part of ongoing efforts to dismantle the financial backbone of drug networks operating in the region.
