Srinagar : Road Race for both boys and girls Thursday.
The event saw the participation of more than one hundred students. The race, commenced at Duck Park, was
was flagged off by the Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Masood Ahmad Malik, and concluded at Nishat.
In the boys’ category, the first, second, and third positions were secured by Irfan Shafi (4th Sem), Farhaan (6th Sem) and Mohd Atif (4th Sem) respectively. while in the girls’category, Syed Hooriya (8th Sem), Umaisa (6th Sem), and Ulfat (6th Sem) took the first, second, and third spots.
During the valedictory ceremony, the winners were honored with trophies for their outstanding performance.
In his address at valedictory function, Prof. (Dr.) Masood Ahmad Malik lauded the efforts of all participants. He highlighted the pivotal role of sports in maintaining physical health and mental well-being and further encouraged the students to make physical activity a consistent part of their academic life.
