Srinagar, Apr 29:The State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) teams from Shopian and Pulwama on Wednesday resumed a joint search operation for the fourth consecutive day to trace a five-year-old boy who drowned in a nallah near Dubjan Bridge in Shopian.
A SDRF Spokesperson said the minor, identified as Mohammad Hunzala, son of Nigar Ahmad Turrey, a resident of Tiken area of Pulwama, had accidentally fallen into a fast-flowing nallah near Dubjan Bridge a few days ago.
They said SDRF teams, with assistance from local volunteers and residents, are carrying out extensive search operations in the area to retrieve the body.
Despite continuous efforts over the past three days, the body of the minor is yet to be traced, they said, adding that the search operation is underway.
