NCC (SW) Cadet of GGM Science College Conferred Best Cadet Award 2025

Jammu : Cadet Suhani Koul of GGM Science College, Jammu, and 8 J&K Girls Battalion NCC, has been conferred the prestigious Best Cadet Award 2025 by the Cadets Welfare Society under NCC Group Headquarters, Jammu.She has actively participated in several NCC camps, including CATC J-22, EBSB Jammu, CATC S-17, ATC J-14, CATC J-11, and CATC J-1, showcasing remarkable dedication and enthusiasm throughout her training.

She has been recognised for her exceptional discipline, commitment, and outstanding performance in various NCC activities.Her exemplary leadership qualities and consistent participation have distinguished her among her peers. The award, carrying acash prize of ₹4,500/-, was presented during a formal ceremony held at NCC Group Headquarters, Jammu.

The achievement reflects her hard work as well as the high standards of training imparted by the institution. Principal Prof. (Dr.) Romesh Kumar Gupta lauded the cadet’s achievement, stating, “Cadet Suhani Koul has brought laurels to GGM Science College through her grit and perseverance.

This honour reaffirms our commitment to nurturing disciplined, confident, and service-oriented youth who embody the true spirit of the NCC.” Dr.Shafia Saleem, ANO, GGM Science College, said, “Suhani’s journey in NCC has been marked by sincerity and a will to excel.

From her first camp to this award, she has led by example. Her success will motivate many young girls to join NCC and serve the nation with pride.” Her achievement serves as a source of inspiration for fellow cadets and students, reinforcing the values of discipline, commitment, and dedicated service to the nation.
