JAMMU:Deputy Commissioner Reasi Kumar Abhishek chaired a meeting of the District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) for Mission YUVA to review the implementation of the scheme and approve fresh loan applications for aspiring entrepreneurs in the district.
During the meeting, 154 cases verified by the Small Business Development Units were presented before the committee. After detailed scrutiny, all 154 cases were approved for financial assistance, capacity building, and handholding support under Mission YUVA.
The Deputy Commissioner directed all concerned departments, banks, and implementing agencies to ensure time-bound sanctioning and hassle-free disbursement of loans. He stressed timely preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and instructed that no application should remain pending at any level.
The DC further emphasized the need to maintain transparency, accountability, and efficiency throughout the process, along with continuous mentoring of beneficiaries.
The meeting was attended by ADDC Sukhdev Singh Samyal, AD Employment Sanjay Bhat, District Manager NRLM and other senior officers.
