NEW DELHI, APRIL 10: The Resident Commission of the Jammu and Kashmir government organized a “samuhik charcha” as part of the Sadhana Saptah observance, which was held from April 2 to April 8 with extension upto April 10, 2026.

The event was conducted in the Resident Commission office to review the activities related to the Karmayogi Portal.

The participation and response of the employees was encouraging which highlighted the success of the programme in promoting professional development and inter-departmental coordination.

The discussion included a structured review of the office’s hourly progress with the employees being informed about the key courses under the programme. It emphasized their significance for professional development and capacity building.

The samuhik charcha provided a platform for open interaction, wherein the officials shared their experiences and discussed various issues faced while accessing and undertaking the courses. These issues were suitably addressed and the individual concerns were resolved on a one-to-one basis to ensure smooth participation.

The initiative aimed at enhancing awareness, promoting active engagement and enabling the employees to derive maximum benefit from the learning modules available on the Karmayogi Portal.
