J&K Police organises mass Awareness and Road March in Kreeri Baramulla
April 09: Reinforcing its commitment towards a drug-free society, J&K Police conducted a comprehensive awareness programme accompanied by a road march at Kreeri Baramulla under the ambit of Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan.
The initiative witnessed vibrant participation from religious leaders, members of educational institutions, officials from the Health Department, senior citizens, Numberdars, Chowkidars, youth, and the general public, reflecting a strong collective resolve against drug abuse. The programme was designed to educate and sensitise the community particularly the younger generation about the ill effects of substance abuse, while also highlighting the vital role of community cooperation in curbing the menace. Officials from various departments joined the effort and extended their wholehearted support. The event received wide publicity, and participants demonstrated notable enthusiasm and solidarity, making the programme impactful and meaningful.
