Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) president and former Chief Minister of J&K Mehbooba Mufti on Monday made her first appearance in the Legislative Assembly since 2018, taking a seat in the Speaker’s Gallery.
Mufti’s visit marks her return to the Assembly premises after the fall of her government in 2018, when the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) withdrew support from the PDP-led coalition.
She sat in the Speaker’s gallery while watching the ongoing budget session in the J&K assembly
