Jammu :Under the ongoing special phase of celebrations marking 150 glorious years of “VandeMataram”, a series of patriotic and educational activities were organised across educational institutions of Doda district Friday.
Government Higher Secondary School (HSS) Girls Doda observed the occasion with great enthusiasm. The students actively participated in multiple activities aimed at promoting national pride and awareness about India’s rich freedom struggle. They participated in essay writing, poster making, patriotic song singing competitions, besides cultural presentations dedicated to freedom fighters.
Similar activities were organized in other educational institutions, including GHSS Malanoo, GHS Gajoth (Zone Bhalla), GHSS Koti, GHSS Chinta (Bhaderwah), PM SHRI GHSS Bhalra, GHSS Bharath and GHSS Berarru.
The celebrations highlighted the timeless relevance of VandeMataram and inspired students to uphold the values of courage, dedication and love for the nation. The programmes concluded with a strong message of national integration and commitment towards building a better future by keeping alive the spirit of India’s glorious past.
