BJP Spokesperson Adil Manas Calls for Unity, Justice and Global Solidarity on eEid-ul-Fitr

Waqar Manzoor

Srinagar, Mar 20: BJP Spokesperson Adil Manas has extended warm Eid-ul-Fitr greetings to the Muslim Ummah across the world, urging people to reflect on the deeper values of unity, compassion, and justice that define the festival.
In his message, Manas said that while Eid is a time of joy, gratitude, and togetherness, it also comes at a moment when many communities across the globe are enduring immense suffering due to wars, oppression, and deliberate attempts to weaken the unity of the Ummah.
He expressed concern over the plight of families in conflict zones and regions facing systemic injustice, noting that for many, Eid is being observed under fear, loss, and uncertainty. “This is not merely a humanitarian crisis, but a test of our collective conscience,” he remarked.
Emphasizing the true spirit of Eid, Manas said the occasion serves as a reminder of solidarity and collective responsibility. He called upon the Muslim community to rise above divisions and stand united against injustice, stressing that silence and disunity only embolden forces that seek to cause harm.
“Eid is not only about celebration, but about standing firm for truth and justice. We bow only before Almighty Allah — never before oppression or injustice,” he added.
Manas further prayed for the acceptance of fasts, prayers, and sacrifices, and appealed for peace, dignity, and freedom for all those suffering across regions and communities.
He concluded his message by wishing everyone a peaceful and blessed Eid.
Eid Mubarak.
