Srinagar :In a significant step toward strengthening grassroots implementation and outreach, a one-day Sensitization-cum-Training Programme for field functionaries was successfully conducted Wednesday at the NHM Hall, Old Secretariat.
The programme was organized under the ambit of the Atal VayoAbhyuday Yojana (AVYAY) Scheme, aiming to enhance awareness, sharpen skills, and build a more responsive and informed field workforce.
The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from field-level officials and workers, who form the backbone of effective service delivery. The training focused on deepening their understanding of the scheme’s laws, objectives, and services improving on-ground coordination, and ensuring that the benefits reach the intended beneficiaries in a timely and efficient manner.
