*Dr Darakhshan chairs meeting for Eid & Shab-e-Qadr arrangements in Jammu Division*

Jammu:  Jammu and Kashmir Waqf Board Chairperson, Dr Syed Darakhshan Andrabi chaired the Meeting for arrangements for Eid & Shab-e-Qadr at Jammu. The meeting was attended by Additional Commissioner Jammu Dr Mushtaq Ahmad, DIG Security Rashmi Wazir, SP Headquarter Irshad Hussain Rather, Dy SP Security Bishnesh Kumar, Deputy Director Fire Service Himanshu Gandotra, Additional District Magistrate Jammu Sania Haq Khan, Joint Commissioner JMC Abdul Sattar, Dy SP Traffic South Dr Sumaiya Wani, Executive Engineer PHE City Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, Superintending Engineer PDD Jammu Anil Verma, Field Publicity Officer DIPR Jammu Mohit Sharma, Assistant Director Food Supplies Haroon Naik, Special Officer Auqaf Dr Bashir Ahmad Bhat, Administrator Jammu Abid Hussain, Executive Officer Sambha Riaz Malik, Executive Officer Doda Javed Iqbal Zargar, Executive Officer Reasi Mohammad Akhlaq, Executive Officer Kishtwar Firdaus Bhavani and others. Threadbare discussion was held to chalk out fool proof plans for facilitating the people on Shab-e-Qadr and Eid festivities in Jammu division. Waqf Board Chairperson Dr Darakhshan emphasized on a coordinated effort of all concerned deparatments along with the Waqf Board to put in place all facilities for the people during the festivals. “Our holy festivals bind us together and infuse in us the spirit of compassion and love. It is our shared responsibility to put in place all facilities for the festivals”, said Dr Andrabi to the officers.
