Jammu :Strengthening its top-tier leadership, Jammu & Kashmir Bank on Saturday elevated two of its General Managers—Ashutosh Sareen and Rajesh MallaTikoo—to the position of Chief General Managers (CGMs).
Congratulating the officers on their elevation, Managing Director and CEO Amitava Chatterjee said, “These elevations reflect the Bank’s commitment to recognising experience, merit and leadership potential within the organisation. As we pursue our strategic growth agenda, strengthening our leadership pool remains a key priority.”
He added that the Bank has institutionalised a structured and transparent career progression framework aimed at preparing the next line of leadership and ensuring continuity in driving the institution’s long-term strategic goals.
Notably, the promotions are part of the Bank’s ongoing career progression process across various cadres.
