DECC hosts one-day Training for YUVA DOOTs

Reasi: District Employment and Counselling Centre, ReasiThursday organized a one-day YUVA DOOT training programme here in the DC Office Conference Hall.
The main objective of the training was to undertake initiative-wise mapping of YUVA DOOTs, clearly define their roles and align training modules with stage-wise implementation status of Mission YUVA at the Panchayat and Municipal Ward levels. The programme focused on assigning a clear mandate and measurable outcomes to YUVA DOOTs based on local requirements, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of field-level interventions.
The programme was inaugurated by Joint Director Employment Jammu, S. Paramjeet Singh along with AD Employment Reasi, Sanjay Bhat.
The officers highlighted the accelerated progress under Mission YUVA and encouraged YUVA DOOTs to actively counsel unemployed youth for self-employment ventures in potential sectors.
