The event, overseen by Sh. He pointed out that scientific evidence and digital fingerprint identification are essential for improving conviction rates and tracking inter-state crimes. The publication serves as a professional reference for investigators and forensic personnel, outlining updated SOPs, crime scene management protocols, fingerprint collection standards, and coordination mechanisms with national databases. The Jammu & Kashmir Police reiterated its commitment to modernization, capacity building, and the adoption of technology-driven investigation methods in alignment with MHA guidelines.
