Akhnoor : Senior leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir, paid heartfelt tributes to the brave soldiers who laid down their lives in the heinous Pulwama attack, remembering their supreme sacrifice for the unity and integrity of the nation.
The J&K BJP President and Rajya Sabha MP Sat Sharma, accompanied by MLA Yudhvir Sethi, MLA Vikram Randhawa, MLA Mohan Lal Bhagat, and other senior leaders paid homage to the martyrs at Akhnoor. Floral tributes were offered and a moment of silence was observed to honour the fallen heroes.
Sat Sharma, along with other BJP leaders, paid tribute to the Pulwama martyrs at the BJP office in Jammu. He emphasized that the sacrifices made by these brave soldiers will always be remembered and serve as a reminder of the nation’s commitment to eradicating terrorism. Sharma highlighted the unity and pride of the nation under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, asserting that the government has empowered the armed forces to take decisive action against terrorism and its supporters. He reaffirmed the BJP’s dedication to national security and the welfare of armed forces personnel and their families.
