Awareness Prog on Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana held at Pulwama

Pulwama : The awareness programme on implementation of Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (PMVBRY) and Employees Enrollment Scheme (EES) was successfully conducted Thursday at the office of the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Pulwama.
The programme was organized under the overall supervision of the District Nodal Officer PMVBRY, S Azhar Amin, and saw active participation from employers and employees representing various establishments across the district.
Officials from EPFO, RO Kashmir were also present, including Vinay Kumar, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Kashmir. He explained in detail the objectives, eligibility criteria, and procedural aspects of PMVBRY and EES, and highlighted the responsibility of employers in ensuring proper and timely implementation of the schemes.
In continuation, a meeting involving various departments of district administrations was also held at the DC Office, Pulwama, under the chairmanship of the District Development Commissioner, Pulwama.
During the meeting, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Kashmir briefed the participants on the key features of PMVBRY 2025 and EES 2025, and stressed coordinated efforts among departments and stakeholders for effective rollout and wider coverage under the schemes.
