The course witnessed enthusiastic participation from winter sports aspirants across the country, reaffirming IISM’s continued commitment to promoting excellence and professionalism in snow skiing and snowboarding training in India.

A total of 101 candidates successfully completed the course, including 57 in the Basic level, 14 in the Intermediate level, 7 in the Advanced level, and 23 in the Snowboarding category. Certificates and prizes were distributed among the successful participants by the Chief Guest.

Addressing the gathering, Minga Sherpa congratulated the students on successfully completing the course. He described IISM as a premier institute of the country and highlighted that securing a seat in its courses is highly competitive, as registrations are conducted online and remain in great demand. He noted that the participants were fortunate to secure admission and encouraged them to make the most of the opportunity by learning wholeheartedly from the qualified and experienced instructors.

He expressed satisfaction at witnessing the enthusiastic participation of youth from across India and appreciated their dedication towards winter sports and adventure activities. He emphasized that institutions like IISM play a vital role in nurturing talent, discipline, and resilience among young people, preparing them to excel both in sports and in life.

The successful conduct of the course reflects IISM’s sustained efforts to strengthen winter sports culture in the country and to provide structured, high-quality training in skiing and snowboarding. The institute continues to serve as a premier hub for aspiring winter sports athletes, contributing significantly to the promotion of adventure tourism and professional training standards in India.
