Srinagar : Dr. Syed Darakhshan Andrabi, Chairperson of J&K Waqf Board and BJP National Executive Member. Dr. Darakhshan Andrabi on Saturday addressed a presser in Pulwama on this year’s Union Budget presented by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in Parliament.
Addressing the presser Dr. Andrabi highlighted the budget as historic, emphasizing its potential to invigorate the Indian economy. She noted that the budget focuses on innovation and skill development, positioning India favorably in the global economic landscape. Key initiatives mentioned include the AI Mission, Bio-pharma Shakti Mission, National Semiconductor Mission, and various programs aimed at enhancing infrastructure, health, education, and agriculture. Dr. Andrabi asserted that these initiatives are designed to drive sustainable growth and establish India as a significant player in global economic affairs. Additionally, she lauded Government on continuation of free rations for economically weaker sections, tax reforms, and initiatives to boost the rural economy and indigenous health sectors.
