LG Sinha, CM Omar, Dy CM, Ministers greet people on Shab e Barat

Srinagar, Jammu: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Chowdhary, Health Minister Sakina Itoo and Minister for Jal Shakti Javed Rana have in their separate statement extended their greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Baraat.
In his message of greeeting the Lieutenant Governor said “On the holy occasion of Shab-e-Baraat, I convey my greetings and best wishes to all. This sacred night offers devotees a precious opportunity to seek divine pardon, blessings, and wisdom. It invites seekers to ponder their inner journey and forge a profound bond with the Almighty. Above all, Shab-e-Baraat reminds us to embrace a life grounded in truth, humility, and kindness. May this holy night shower peace, prosperity, and joy upon everyone.”
In his greeting message the Chief Minister said “I extend heartfelt greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Barat, a revered night marked by prayers, repentance, and seeking the mercy and blessings of Almighty Allah. This is a night of deep spiritual significance, self-reflection, and devotion. I call upon everyone to imbibe the true spirit of the occasion and offer prayers for peace, harmony, and the welfare of all humanity. I pray for the peace, prosperity, and overall progress of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.” In his greeting message the Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Chowdhary said “I extend warm greetings on this auspicious occasion, which holds great religious and spiritual significance as a night of forgiveness and reflection. Jammu and Kashmir stands as a shining example of mutual understanding, harmony, and the spirit of celebrating festivals together. As we uphold the values of unity and coexistence, I urge everyone to pray for peace and the overall welfare of all. Let us use this sacred time to strengthen communal harmony and brotherhood in our region.” In her message of greeting the Health and Medical Education Minister Sakina Itoo said “I extend my warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on this sacred night dedicated to seeking forgiveness, mercy, and blessings from Almighty Allah. Shab-e-Barat is a time of immense spiritual significance and introspection, offering a path for divine pardon and guidance. It is my sincere prayer that this holy occasion brings lasting peace, progress, and prosperity to the entire region.” In his message of greeting the Jal Shakti Minister Javed Rana said “I greet the people on this auspicious occasion, which carries immense religious significance and presents a unique opportunity for mercy and spiritual purification. I call on everyone to use Shab-e-Barat as an opportunity to pray for the welfare of the nation. Let us dedicate ourselves to tolerance, restraint, and mutual harmony, seeking peace and unity for the greater welfare of all humanity.”
