Jammu : Speaker, Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Abdul Rahim Rather, Monday named three legislators as Panel of Chairmen for the Budget Session of Legislative Assembly commenced Monday.
He nominated MLA Eidgah Mubarak Gul, MLA Samba Surjeet Singh Slathia and MLA Bandipora Nizamuddin Bhat.
The Panel of Chairmen will preside over the House proceedings in absence of the Speaker.
