Stresses Scheme Saturation & Last-Mile Delivery in Aspirational Block Manzgam

KULGAM, FEBRUARY 02: Deputy Commissioner Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan today launched Sampoornata Abhiyaan 2.0, aimed at strengthening scheme saturation and ensuring last-mile delivery of essential services to all eligible beneficiaries in Aspirational Block Manzgam.

The programme was attended by the officers from line departments, field functionaries, and other stakeholders in attendance.

Speaking on the occasion, the DC highlighted that Sampoornata Abhiyaan 2.0 focuses on achieving full coverage of priority indicators and key welfare schemes through coordinated departmental efforts, real-time monitoring, and intensified grassroots outreach.

 He stressed the need for inter-departmental convergence to identify gaps and ensure that no eligible beneficiary is left out.

He instructed officers to intensify field visits, conduct awareness campaigns, and organise special camps to facilitate on-the-spot registration and prompt grievance redressal. Emphasis was also laid on data-driven planning, regular reviews, and accountability at all levels.

Joint Director Planning, Malik suhail on the occasion shared department-wise targets and implementation strategies were discussed, and a roadmap for accelerated execution under Sampoornata Abhiyaan 2.0 was outlined.
