Batting first, DC XI posted 120 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in 20 overs. Arun led the scoring with a steady 22 runs, while Deputy Commissioner Kathua Rajesh Sharma remained unbeaten on 17 runs, anchoring the innings in the closing stages. Sahil also remained not out with 7 runs. For GDC XI, Arvind delivered an impressive bowling performance, claiming four wickets, supported by Gotam Singh and Shujad with two wickets each.
Chasing the target, GDC XI mounted a spirited challenge and reached 117 runs for 7 wickets in the allotted overs. Abid’s unbeaten 31 and Zahid’s 24 runs kept the contest alive till the final moments.
