Nowshera: A Public Grievances Redressal Camp was Wednesday held at Panchayat Ghar Rajpur Bhatta under the chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner Dr. Pritam Lal Thapa.
The camp was attended by officers from line departments and Sub-Divisional Officers of Nowshera Sub-Division.
The officers listened to the concerns of the people and provide immediate redressal wherever possible. A large number of residents from Laroka and adjoining areas participated in the camp and put forth their grievances related to revenue, rural development, power, water supply, health, education, roads and other civic amenities.
Dr. Pritam Lal Thapa issued on-the-spot directions to the concerned officers for timely and effective redressal of genuine public issues. He assured the public that all pending and unresolved issues highlighted during the camp would be taken up on priority and monitored closely for early disposal. He also urged the officers to remain accessible to the people and work with dedication to address public concerns.
The public appreciated the initiative of the district administration and expressed satisfaction over the prompt response and assurances given by the officers during the camp.
