In education, the Minister noted the impressive results of government school students, reflecting improvements in academic performance and infrastructure. She highlighted the government’s commitment to quality learning, digital initiatives, and skill development for youth. The agriculture and horticulture sectors are also undergoing transformation through effective program implementation. Focusing on youth initiatives, Minister Sakeena mentioned the Mission Yuva program aimed at fostering job creation among young people. She acknowledged the challenges faced by the tourism sector but expressed optimism about its recovery due to government efforts. The Minister raised concerns about drug abuse, calling for community involvement in combating this issue and urging law enforcement to intensify actions against drug trafficking. She encouraged youth to engage in education and social service, promoting their role in nation-building.
