Ramban: SDM Gool, Imtiaz Wednesday chaired a review meeting in his office chamber to assess the progress of digitization of Jamabandis. The meeting was attended by Tehsildar, Harjeet Singh, Naib Tehsildar, Intakhab Ahmed, Naib Tehsildar Ind, Shabir Ahmad, GQ and Patwaries.
The meeting reviewed the progress of digitization of Jamabandi and discussed the modalities for its completion.
The SDM directed the officials to expedite the digitization process and ensure that the records are accurate and up-to-date. He also instructed the officials to provide necessary support and assistance to the public in obtaining digitized copies of their land records.
The meeting discussed various issues related to the digitization process, including data entry, scanning and verification. The SDM directed the officials to resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly and ensure that the digitization process is completed within the stipulated time frame.
