Jammu & Kashmir Government like many states and union territories of the country can used PRAGATI platform for overcoming delays in the completion of some major infrastructural projects which otherwise miss not one but many deadlines year after year. Chief Secretary reviewing the implementation of PRAGATI platform for completion of several mega developmental projects in Jammu & Kashmir drops an indication that financial and administrative hurdles won’t be now allowed to become the cause of delay in the completion of any mega road project in the Union Territory.
