JKP organizes Annual Award Function at Security Hqrs Jammu

Jammu : An impressive Annual Award Function was organized today at the Security Headquarters J&K, Jammu. The function was presided over by Sujit KumarInspector General of Police, Security J&K.
According to a statement issued from Police Media Centre PHQ J&K Jammu here the event was attended by SSP Security Jammu, Commandants of various Jammu-based Security Battalions, and other Gazetted Officers. Notably, the SSP Security Kashmir and additional officers participated virtually. During the function, the IGP Security J&K provided a detailed briefing on the achievements of the Security Wing in 2025, emphasizing operational milestones and the performance of subordinate units. He commended the dedication and professionalism of the officers and personnel, who successfully navigated challenging operational conditions throughout the year. A significant highlight of the event was the award ceremony, where outstanding performers of 2025 were recognized with mementos and Commendation Certificates. These awards celebrated their exemplary services and contributions to enhancing the security framework. The event concluded with a motivational address from the IGP Security J&K, who encouraged all ranks to maintain their commitment to duty with integrity and professionalism in the upcoming year.
